“I have been living in Park Slope, Brooklyn, for over 20 years. I've been here long enough to see this neighborhood change, with businesses coming and going over time. I am a person who orders the same thing almost every day to the point that I no longer have to give my order at the counter to be made. As time goes on, I am realizing that I am being charged a different price every time I go. The last time I went, the man at the register was told to charge me a different price than is advertised on the menu. The only reason I was able to catch them this time was that they thought I didn't understand Spanish. Before that, I've had issues with surcharges and being taxed more than I should be. It is a shame that new business owners are trying to take advantage of the community they're coming to by overcharging. In addition to messing up my order on several occasions and tried to gaslight me into just taking it. GENTRIFICATION IS RUINING PARK SLOPE FOR PEOPLE NATIVE TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD.”

“Was craving a bagel at 8pm and this was the only place that looked like they might have them. Staff made me feel like family and there was a great selection. Chose a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, tomato, and red onion. Delicious.”

“This is a great little place for a quick wrap or smoothie. The coffee is also good and a bonus was a very friendly cat who loved to get pets.”
