The sausage that is more red in color is the spicy version and it's honestly mild but still excellent on spice level for me. The other sauces is the sweet and it's juicy tender and cooked to perfection!”

The peppers and onions were tender, slightly caramelized, and packed with that sweet, savory flavor that ties everything together. The bread was fresh and held everything perfectly without getting soggy. Every bite was spot on. And I've gotta give a big shoutout to my man Doug -- great guy who makes sure everything is done the right way. You can tell he takes pride in what he's serving. The quality and care really show.
