“The food was great, I honestly can't wait to go back and try more. Very clean atmosphere. It seems like a counter service restaurant but it is not. The scallion pancake had great flavor, not greasy. The beef in the braised beef soup was extremely tender. Soup dumplings were fantastic.”

“What a great new place. 13 bucks for fresh noodles!! Are you serious??? What a deal. Really lovely and savory Dan Dan Noodles and the broth of the Beef noodle soup is excellent. The cucumber salad is also refreshing with a nice tangy sauce. We ate these noodles and watched the 1981 film My Dinner with Andre, staring Andre Gregory and Wallace Shawn, which, now that i'm in a reviewing mode, i'd also highly recommend if you haven't seen it. Anyway, I wish Noodle Valley nothing but success. Thank you very much.”
